Overall: good service and friendly consultants Improvements: detailed below, nothing is bad just some improvements suggestions to enhance customer experience All of the front desk and consultants at professionally dressed, and well maintain hair which upkeeps the image. Alicia always has a smile on her face and never fails to greet the customers and remembers the customers name. Cincelia is very hard working and thoughtful consultant, does not hard sell, and gives honest opinions with customised packages and services. Even when she’s busy or not working she always makes sure that her clients are well taken care of by her colleagues. During the head and neck massage, they use Vaseline which is thoughtful to those who have sensitive skin, and they always use the perfect amount. (Not too dry, or oily) Improvements: 1. They have a brief aromatherapy before the head spa massage which is lemon scented. Would be better if they added and rotate tea tree and lavender which would be much more calming. 2. As the spa area is a darken sound proofing area, the door that separates the outside and inside insulted the noises from outside. It would be a better experience if the consultants going in and out ensure the door is closed fully as it’s common for the door to be ajar and the customers experiencing the spa is interrupted by the loud hair dryer and talking noises from outside.
